Pedro is graphic designer and art director utilizing research, patterns, and trend forecasting to effectively conceptualize print and digital solution across multimedia communications.
From editorial, web, e-commerce, and UX design to conceptualizing still life, retail, and celebrity photography, Pedro has had the opportunity to work creatively with such iconic brands as Steve Madden, Paper Magazine, Ebony Magazine, Motorola, Scholastic and many others.
After relocating from his hometown of Chicago, Pedro was trained by some of the industry’s top design professionals including Timothy Samara, Debbie Millman, James Victore, Richard Wilde, Stefan Sagmeister, and others at New York City’s highly regarded School of Visual Arts (SVA) earning a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Graphic Design.
His personal interests tend to span across three main verticals: technology, fashion, and food & drink. Pair a developers conference with a best dressed list, bourbon, and some tacos al pastor and it’s a party! Approach any of these subjects from a creative perspective or trend analytics and you’ve likely found yourself part of some intriguing conversation.
Pedro can still be found working on projects in New York, Chicago, and LA but considers Roanoke Virginia and the Blue Ridge Mountains his base camp where he art directs for Leisure Media 360 when he is not exploring nature.
